1. About Nordvell

Nordvell is a direct-to-consumer skincare brand operated by EASY FLOW AS. We sell skincare products, bundles, subscriptions, and related ecommerce services through our website and other approved sales channels. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, product offering, or services at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence, or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding agreement, in order to purchase products from us. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. You may cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting customer support before your next renewal is processed. Cancellation will stop future renewals only and will not retroactively cancel orders that have already been processed.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing, shipping charges, frequency, bundle contents, or benefits upon reasonable notice where required by law. We may suspend or terminate subscription access in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund activity, fraud, payment failure, or violation of these Terms.

8. Shipping

15. Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, social proof, creator content, and before-and-after examples are illustrative only and should not be understood as guaranteed or typical results unless expressly stated.

16. Health Disclaimer

Nordvell products are cosmetic products intended for external use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
